A wife comes downstairs before a dinner date with her husband.
“Do I look fat in this dress?” the wife asks.

Here is my version of “Black Cow” from Steely Dan’s Aja album. This song is a perfect example of the use of a parallel major key. The song starts in the key of A Minor (no sharps or flats) but at the 57 second mark it changes to A Major (three sharps – F, C, and G). And that is today’s music lesson.
